No more paper

1. Upload your inspections via an Excel spreadsheet

All your inspections for the month can be uploaded using a supplied Excel spreadsheet.  Within this spreadsheet you can assign the inspections to certain inspectors or all the same inspector.

2. Inspections are now in the APP.

Inspections can now be seen in the APP view by inspectors.  The inspectors can see whats assigned to them and where they are located via the map.

3. Inspections can be seen map or list view.

3. Inspections can be seen map or list view.

If you would rather have a list of the inspections they can be seen via the list view as well.

4. Opening an inspection

3. Inspections can be seen map or list view.

Simply clicking on the "Arrived At Location"  will allow you to open and complete the inspection.

5. Recording inspections

Pictures may be taken and added to the inspection.  Pictures could range from repairs made, items needing attention to lids that are secured or need repair.

6. Signing and sending inspections

Once the inspection is complete the inspector signs and closes the inspection.  The inspection is then converted to a PDF document and emailed to the home owner, your business office and the county or AHJ.

Auto notification to customers

Notifying customers prior to inspections has never been easier

With the simple press of a button you can notify via text message that an inspection is coming.  Example, "This is your septic company, we will be out tomorrow for an inspection.  Please make sure all dogs are put up and gates unlocked.  If you need to reschedule please notify the office by calling directly.  Do not reply to this text, automated text message."

Accountability

Oversight

With our app you can now regulate your inspectors.  No more pencil whipping them.  If you are not within 20' of an address the inspection will not open up by normal means.  This means that the inspector had to at least drive to the location.  This can be overridden due to bad cell reception, but the app requires a photo to be taken, usually of the address and system being inspected.  Inspections are time and date stamped, adding to oversight and accountability for business owners.

Photo Evidence

Photo evidence is the best evidence.  We all know that septic lids are dangerous.  Just marking a check box is not guaranteed proof.  A picture of secured lids is 100% proof.  If someone gets  hurt and you have picture evidence you left the system safe, you are in a much better position.

Immediate notification to end users

Often times inspections get passed out, left in trucks, completed and not turned in for a week or more.  Not any more.  With the inspection being completed it will now automatically be sent  to the home owner and county, taking all liability off you for the notification of a dangerous situation.
